PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Measure the space where you
will be placing the rug.
Identify 1-3 rugs
you wish to see in-person.
Email your selection of SKU
numbers to [email protected] at least
24 hours before your appointment.

How many different rugs may I see during my appointment?
You may select up to 3 rugs per room to view during your visit.
Are all rugs on the website available to see in your Showroom in Montreal?
Yes, all listed rugs are in-stock and viewable by appointment.
Can I buy in-person and leave with my purchase on the day of my appointment?
Yes — we’ll securely package your rug and help with loading it into your car.
Can I buy in-person and have the rug shipped?
Yes — shipping is free! Orders for Montreal and nearby areas arrive within 24–48 hours.
Can I order a swatch?
We don’t offer swatches, but we can provide additional photos/videos upon request.
Can I bring the designer I am working with to my appointment?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your designer or anyone else.
