Everything exactly as expected

Excellent company! Have ordered about 4 rugs so far. Always a great price, great rugs, exactly as pictured and expected. This last order for a low-pile runner, I misplaced the order confirmation email, so used the chat function on their website to ask for it to be resent to me. A literal 3 minutes after ending the chat, the email was in my inbox. I'm now trying the rugs in different rooms, and the runners in all the hallways, see if I can make some more room for a few more of 'em. Haven't had an experience with returns, because everything worked beautifully, but based on the ordering, shipping, and product quality thus far, I'd expect nothing but a great experience should I need to return or exchange any rug in the future.
