We are so happy with our purchase. The colour is quite good in comparison to what we could see online. The process was very fast, delivery even faster! The quality is (chefs kiss) amazing. Not one thing to say negatively.

Delivery, with the carpets and underlay well wrapped, took less than a week. 3. There were no unpleasant surprises when we took delivery of our three carpets. The photos and descriptions presented them accurately.

As ever, the carpet is beautiful, exactly like the photo and overall, stunning. Have purchased at least a dozen carpets over the years, and have never been disappointed with the quality of the products. Thankfully, the check out process has greatly improved, but should be able to choose the address from the drop down list, rather then having to enter the address as new, but I can live with that. Overall satisfied with my purchase and will always use ecarpet for any future rugs I need. No one can match there prices!
