Great experience!
We ordered a rug from Ecarpet based on the online photos. It arrived very quickly and we liked it so much we ordered another for our dining room. It too arrived quickly and we were also very pleased with the quality and price. We decided that the first rug was too big for our space and returned it for a smaller one which we love. There was no problem returning the first rug and having our money returned promptly. I called Ecarpet along the way with some questions and Roger was very helpful. Wish I had more rooms for more,rugs!
