Free returns and customer service experience

Early in January 2023 I selected two carpets from ECARPETGALLERY they have stated a free shipping and a free return if you are unsatisfied. The money was transferred on January 6th 2023. The shipment was recieved in good time. One of them was so heavy for us and we decided to return back immediately. The other one we wanted to exchange as it has too many colours . I contacted the customer service and arranged for return and both carpets have been recieved by the company.The customer service were very cooperative in arranging for refunds and exchange. We recieved the exchange carpet and it is beautiful we also recieved the refund of the first carpet in full with no extra charge. We are specially grateful for Mr Alexander Torabi as he was very helpful. I will certainly recommend Ecarpet for my family and friends.
