A happy all round experience

This is our first purchase from Ecarpet gallery rather than in person shopping. The website is easy to navigate and the descriptions, especially of colours is very accurate. Colours in pictures were sometimes over-bright. Questions on line were always quickly and personally addressed by Alexander and Athina. Shipping was next day by FedEx with good notifications. When the carpet arrived we realized the size on the website was smaller than on the carpet’s label. I left a message that evening and when I followed up in the morning Alexander had already had a meeting with his warehouse staff. He made it as easy as he could to replace the carpet even before he received the returned carpet. We are very happy with the replacement especially as it is a new wool carpet and has had almost no shedding before first vacuuming. Since we were so pleased with our 10ft round rug we bought two small rugs to complement it and also had a great experience.
