Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom and Europe.

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

We offer free shipping on all orders to continental USA, provincial Canada, United Kingdom and Europe. • USA only: For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping fee of $200 will be applied at checkout. • Canada only: For shipments to Yukon, Nun

Do you cover international shipping duties?

Yes! All our orders across Canada, USA, UK and Europe are shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). You are guaranteed no additional charges at delivery.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will my order ship?

We strive to have all rugs shipped as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number from FedEx in a confirmation email, allowing you to track your pack

Can I get my order expedited?

We are unable to support expedited shipping at this time.
